11. Termination

Clauses relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • Arbitrator: Sole arbitrator appointed mutually

  • The award shall be final and binding

Courts at Kolkata shall have jurisdiction for interim relief.

15. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dream Records.

  • No waiver shall be deemed a continuing waiver.

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
